A fat bird, a running bird, and a biking nutcracker
This wasn't the normal starling. He was pleasantly plump. I laughed.
I've never seen a bird running across the street. I could almost see him sweating. His little legs were very swift, and I didn't run him over.
Yesterday, I saw a man riding his bicycle. His beard nearly hid his bike. My mom and I both thought he looked like a nutcracker. Silly.

Kindness
In high school, I can vividly remember my mom telling me to date the boys that were kind. The ones that spoke kindly to their parents and especially to me were the ones to date. Love is Kind.
These notes of kindness were recently given to me by a few of my nieces. Notes that say, “I love you” are such a treasure to have. If you have the opportunity to share a note that speaks of love, then be sure to jump on the opportunity. The opportunity is a gift.

Springtime
It’s Tuesday, and I’ve been healthy now for about a week. I'm very thankful that I am healthy. I have decided that I’d like to share some of my spring photos and get back to the subject of Africa at a later date.
After shipping my camera and a lens off to Nikon for a good cleaning, I picked up the D70 and went on a spring shoot in my mom’s back yard. Enjoy!
